Capella, Croyde
Our Client purchased Capella which is a new built home in Croyde, North Devon. He wanted the property to have the ‘wow factor’ and have that something special. After looking at the plans of the house layout, we suggested making the garage into a Cinema Room. We have a spatial design specialist at VK so we were able to make some changes during the build. This property is available to rent at Ocean-cottages.com
VK designed all interior aspects including, and held the clients hand throughout the process.
The client took advice from VK Interiors to ensure the furniture and furnishings were sturdy and hard wearing enough for the holiday let market, but keeping the coastal, and contemporary feel they wanted to create.
