This would not be our normal working ethos as the furniture and furnishings are part of a carefully designed package. Therefore the package should be purchased in full so the design is not compromised. In some circumstances we would look at supplying individual items.

Our expert staff can design and supply window treatments for any size and shape window. This is additional to the package can be organised at time of consultation

Our design and ordering process is very thorough so generally you have plenty of opportunity to change items before installation. Our site visit would ensure that the furnishings chosen are fully coordinated and fit perfectly within the space, so changes are not usually necessary. If however, you do not want a particular item, as long as it is unused and in its original condition, it can, after a thorough inspection, be replaced or changed. There may be a restocking fee for removing an unwanted item – for further details please contact us. If you would like to add a piece of furnishing after installation, this can be arranged with a phone call to us.

Yes. If an item supplied by VK is broken or damaged, we can give you a quote for a replacement. The request must be from the client who ordered initially.

All packages include free delivery. Any individual items will incur a delivery fee subject to the value and delivery location
