Site Visit
Every project is different, so we always carry out a site visit to determine your requirements. This gives us a feel for the scale of the job and enables us to take necessary measurements and details. We can also check access limitations.
Design
We will create sample boards to enable you and your clients to visualize what the property will look like, showing all the furniture and furnishings. 3d visuals can be presented to you to give a realistic impression of a room. All furniture is robust and sustainable to withstand any wear and tear. We also give you a full bespoke inventory for each property or project.
Procurement
Once happy with the design proposal, we will purchase all items on the inventories for you. We have used our trusted suppliers for many years. VK will then deliver and install, working to the time scale agreed with you.
Delivery & Install
Our expert installation team will deliver, install and style the property. We have the ideal team to deal with the delivery for small to large scale projects. This includes artwork, mirrors, curtains and blinds when purchased from VK.
Rubbish removal & recycle
We take away all our rubbish.
Recycling is very important to us here at VK, so all cardboard, plastic and polystyrene are recycled.
The properties are left ready for hand over.
