From Design to Turnkey

Consultation
You can book a free consultation by phone, or person, with one of our experienced designers to discuss your requirements and ideas with no obligation.
Site Visit
Every property is different, so we always carry out a site visit. This gives us a feel for the space and enables us to measure the individual rooms exactly. We can also check access to the property for furniture deliveries.
Design
We will create sample boards to enable you to visualize what the property will look like, showing all the furniture and furnishings. 3d visuals can be presented to you to give a realistic impression of a room. All furniture is robust and sustainable to withstand holiday letting. We also give you a full inventory, bespoke to you.
Procurement
Once happy with the design proposal, we will purchase all items on the inventory for you. We have used our trusted suppliers for many years. VK will then deliver and install, working to the time scale agreed with you.
Delivery & Install
Our expert installation team will deliver, install and style the property. This includes artwork, mirrors, curtains and blinds when purchased from VK.
Rubbish removal & recycle
We take away all our rubbish.
Recycling is very important to us here at VK, so all cardboard, plastic and polystyrene are recycled.
The property is left ready for hand over.
