Longleigh, Croyde
We were contacted by the client from Longleigh before the house was even built! He wanted to check that the architectural drawing he had were utilizing the space as much as possible. We have a spatial design specialist at VK so we were able to make some changes before the build started. This property is available to rent on AirBnB.
VK designed all interior aspects including bathrooms and kitchen, and held the clients hand throughout the process, until the house was completed.
The client had an idea of the style and feel he wanted from the interior, and we were able to bring that to life for him. We also ensured the furniture and furnishings were sturdy and hard wearing enough for the holiday let market, but keeping the contemporary feel that compliments the building.
