The Process Starts…..
From start to finish below is our process of design to completion.
Consultation
We understand that your time is precious, and that you may not be available to meet up with us, so our consultations can be done by phone, or email, or in person.
During a full design consultation with a qualified expert, we will need to determind your design preferences, budget, and project goals. This is done by asking numerous questions, and listening to your thoughts and ideas. We will always work closely with you to take your vision into account at this stage.
Site Visit
A site visit is imperative, as each property is different, and needs to be uniquely designed. We measure to make sure that everything we design actually fits in your property.
ie. We look at the space to make sure that you can get the correct amount of seating for the number of guests, or that there are enough bathrooms.
A site visit also gives us a ‘feel’ for the space, and enables us to make sure that the layout is the most suitable it can be.
5 Star Design
From the site visit and consultation, we put together a detailed design, ensuring that we use durable and sustainable furniture and furnishings. As the design is bespoke to you, we can also look at window treatments, kitchen and electrical equipment, and even sort decorating, if needed.
We produce sample boards that show you all the furniture and accessories in each room. This gives you an idea of how the rooms will look when finished. At this stage of the design, we will give you an inventory of everything that is included in our service, as well as a personal quotation individually designed for you, and your budget.
Procurement
Once you are happy with the design proposal and have signed it off , we will purchase your furniture and styling items on the bespoke inventory from our trusted suppliers. We then set a date to deliver and install everything.
As part of our bespoke service, we can purchase all the electrical good and kitchen items, and also black out curtains and blinds, that you need if you want to let out to a 5 star standard.

Delivery & Installation
Every item that is on your bespoke inventory will be carefully delivered, and unpacked. All furniture is expertly erected and all accessories are styled. Kitchen items are put away. Any curtains and blinds are fit, along with artwork and mirrors, and tv’s are tuned in where possible, and then we clean up after ourselves, giving you a turn key solution.
Rubbish & Recycling
When we leave your property, we take all rubbish away with us. The environment is very important to us, so all recyclables being recycled. This includes cardboard, polystyrene and all clear plastic packaging.
